Reynolds American Annual Shareholder Meetings

Read the reports from our annual March on Reynolds:

2011 Shareholders Meeting

2010 Shareholders Meeting

2009 Shareholders meeting

2008 Shareholders Meeting

Every year, Reynolds executives, shareholders, and board members gather to discuss and decide issues regarding Reynolds' profits and corporate policies. As FLOC's calls for an end to abuses in Southern tobacco fields have continually been ignored by Reynolds CEO Susan Ivey, we have committed to bringing the discussion to the yearly shareholders meeting until the issues are resolved.

FLOC members and supporters have gathered outside of Reynolds' corporate headquarters for the past two years in an impressive show of community solidarity. In both 2008 and 2009, FLOC has brought the issues that Reynolds refuses to discuss to their corporate boardroom with the full support of the community.

It is crucial to keep the pressure up and let the Reynolds leadership know that the community is united and will not give up until conditions are improved for the workers at the bottom of their supply chain. Contact us and sign up for the listserve to stay updated and get involved in the planning for the next shareholder meeting.
